Membership, Courses & Add Ons

1.

Who we are VYNCY Academy at academy.vyncy.com is operated by VYNCY, Liz Vyncy, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany (VAT ID DE360720212), "we" / "us". By creating an account or joining, you agree to these Terms.

What the Academy is VYNCY Academy is an online learning service. It provides audio-first courses and materials on the well-run life, delivered digitally. The Academy is educational; please also read our Disclaimer.

We offer the Academy in more than one way:

• the all-access Membership; and

• individual courses, programs, add-ons (such as The Work), seasonal programs (such as VYNCY Kids Summer School), and other digital products, which may be purchased separately and outside the Membership. These Terms apply to all of the above. The specific price, what is included, and how long you have access are shown on each product's page and at checkout.

Access Membership gives you access to the courses and materials included in the Membership for as long as your Membership is active. A separately purchased course, program, or add-on gives you access to that product on the terms shown at the point of purchase — either for a stated period or, where stated, on a lifetime basis (meaning for as long as we make that product available). In every case, access is personal to you and for your own use; you may not share your login or redistribute any materials.

Prices, billing, and renewal The Membership is $97 per month or $970 per year. Individual courses, programs, add-ons, and other products are sold at the prices shown on their product pages and at checkout, and these prices may differ from the Membership and from one another. All prices are shown in US dollars and include any value-added tax (VAT) applicable to your purchase; VAT is charged where required by law based on your location, and no EU VAT is charged on sales to customers outside the EU.

The Membership (and any other subscription product) is billed in advance and renews automatically — monthly or annually — until you cancel. Individual courses and most add-ons are one-time purchases billed once at checkout; where a product is instead offered as a payment plan or subscription, that is stated clearly before you buy. We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes apply to future purchases and future billing periods, not to a one-time purchase already made or a billing period you have already paid for. Buying the Membership does not include any product that is sold separately, and buying a separate product does not include the Membership.

5.

Cancellation (subscriptions) You may cancel the Membership (or any other subscription product) at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; an annual Membership runs to the end of its paid term. A one-time purchase is not a subscription and has nothing to cancel; you keep access on the terms shown at purchase.

6.

Right of withdrawal for digital content (important) Our memberships, courses, and add-ons are digital content supplied immediately. When you buy or join, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB for EU consumers; equivalent rules for UK consumers). Accordingly, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided. See "Refunds" below.

7.

Refunds Because access is immediate, all payments — for the Membership, individual courses, add-ons, and other products — are non-refundable once access has begun. We may, at our discretion, help or refund where a technical fault on our side prevents access and we cannot resolve it, or where you were charged in error. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. To ask for help, email support@vyncy.com.

8.

Your account Keep your login details secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that share access, redistribute materials, or breach these Terms.

9.

Intellectual property and licence All courses, audio, text, workbooks, and materials remain the property of VYNCY. For the Membership, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the included materials for your own private use while your Membership is active. For an individual course, program, or add-on, you receive the same personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for as long as you have access to that product under the terms shown at purchase. In every case you may not record, copy, share, resell, sublicense, or publish any part of the Academy or its products.

10.

Changes to the Academy We may add, update, or retire courses and features, and we release new content over time. We aim to keep the Academy available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11.

Liability We provide the Academy with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health. These Terms do not affect the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

12.

Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country in which they live.

13.

Consumer dispute resolution We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
